Providing legal counsel and ongoing support to a global organization
Maintaining procedures under the department’s responsibility
Taking responsibility for projects as directed by the VP of Legal Counsel
Job Description
Ability to learn quickly and independently, distinguish between main and secondary issues, in-depth analysis and data interpretation, objectivity and focus in communication
High level of service orientation and courtesy, and strong ability to create effective cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience
Education: Law degree, attorney’s license
Experience: At least three years post-internship in a commercial department of a medium-large law firm or in a legal department of an organization
Languages: Hebrew, high-level English – required (spoken, reading, and writing)
Extensive knowledge in drafting and negotiating commercial and procurement contracts. Preference will be given to experience in regulation, privacy, cyber, and intellectual property
