Ensuring Reliable Supply for Tel Aviv Icon
The Azrieli Sarona Tower is a 56 floor + 7 floors below ground skyscraper in the Sarona neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel. The second tallest building in Israel and one of the most unique with its twisted and double-glass wall that reflects the sky, the 1.4 Billion NIS structure has become Tel Aviv’s latest icon.

Balancing Supply in a Mega-Tower
Contractor Electra and Yosha Consulting Engineers faced the challenge of controlling water pressure across 56 floors to prevent damage to pipes and ensure reliable supply. In addition, the massive reservoirs meant that any valve failure could cause severe flooding and property damage, requiring ultra-reliable level and pressure control.
Reliable Water Management for Every System
BERMAD supplied specialized control valves designed for high-rise performance:
-
Pressure Reducing Valves to stabilize supply pressure across all floors.
-
Level Control Valves to manage the exceptionally large reservoirs with precision.
-
System-specific configurations for potable water, fire protection, sprinklers, and gray water networks.
These valves ensure accurate pressure regulation, prevent flooding, and maintain uninterrupted water delivery 24/7. With proven reliability, BERMAD’s solution safeguards the building’s infrastructure and ensures comfort and safety for occupants.
