The Website provides news, blog posts, technical data and other information about Bermad, our products and services, and our fields of practice (“Content”). The Website may also provide access to our design tools and support or digital products (the “Tools“). Use of the Tools is subject to their designated terms of use and privacy policy. Knowledge Centers and Blog Posts. The Website contains a knowledge center for each of our fields of practice, as well as blog posts from our team members, on various topics relating to our fields of practice. The knowledge centers and blog posts are meant to assist you to have a better understanding of our activity, products and services. They are merely informational, and you should read them at your own discretion. You may not, under any circumstance, consider them to be professional advice or to substitute professional guidance. Although we make efforts to provide accurate and reliable content, we will not be liable for any damage that may occur as a result of your reliance on the content of the knowledge centers and blog posts.

Chatbot. You may choose to contact us using the chatbot feature on our Website. Please note that the Chatbot is not operated by humans. It only provides automated computer-powered responses and is not monitored by humans in real-time. The Tel Aviv District Court shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any claim in connection with the Website or in respect of any matter relating to these Terms.
