Katup kontrol yang dioperasikan secara hidraulik yang mengatur pengisian dan tingkat reservoir. Katup akan menutup pada tingkat reservoir tinggi yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya dan terbuka penuh saat terjadi penurunan tingkat sekitar satu meter (3 kaki), sebagaimana dideteksi oleh pilot ketinggian 3-Way yang dipasang pada katup utama.
